MFC Classroom Design
This was one of those projects that doesn't come around very often. I was given the chance to completely redesign two pilot training classrooms at the MFC Training campus in Moncton, with pretty much full creative freedom to transform the spaces from blank walls into something students would actually enjoy spending time in. One classroom was dedicated to Air Borealis, while the other brought together PAL Group, PAL Airlines, and PAL Aerospace. It was a fun challenge balancing four different brands, each with its own style and guidelines, while making the classrooms feel connected and immersive instead of just covered in logos. There were lots of meetings, plenty of revisions, and more than a few mockups as the ideas evolved. Once the designs were finalized, I worked directly with the printer to prep all of the production files and map everything out to fit the not so straightforward classroom walls. Watching it go from a concept on my screen to a full-scale space was easily one of the most rewarding parts of the project.
