PAL Group DEIB-AR Training Video

I was approached by the PAL Group of Companies training department to create a diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and anti-racism training video in collaboration with Diversity Newfoundland. I designed the video from the ground up, working within the PAL Group brand guidelines while bringing the content to life through editing, voice-over timing, transitions, photography, and custom illustrations. The goal was to create something that felt engaging and approachable while supporting important conversations around inclusion and belonging across the organization. The design system I created became a foundation for the DEIB team's ongoing communications. The visual style has since helped shape their own meeting materials, newsletters, and internal resources as the team continues to grow their initiatives across the PAL Group of Companies.
